In G2P Coaching, a certified group coach facilitates a 6–12-month relationship within a small-group experience (typically 7-10 people who may or may not already know each other). G2P coaching is an intensely personal and effective way to build relationships and understanding of others’ perspectives, struggles, and worldviews. Assisted by a professional coach, group members will learn and apply coaching techniques to help each other co-create clarity, new perspectives, and solutions to the problems and opportunities facing them.

They also build powerful peer relationships, expanding their network of trusted allies who can help them think through the toughest issues for years to come.
This dynamic and interactive workshop focuses on the foundational knowledge and tools leaders need to begin weaving coaching into their leadership style and organizational culture. Participants learn and practice foundational coaching competencies, emphasizing active listening, powerful questioning, and difficult conversation skills. Through exercises and small-group and whole-class collaborative discussions, participants will build peer relationships while learning about coaching. They will practice peer coaching and co-create personal action plans to make coaching part of their daily leadership, fostering a transformative impact on both individual and team performance.
We follow up the workshop with two virtual group “learning transfer” coaching meetings to increase the transfer of new knowledge into behavior and business outcomes.

This is an interactive workshop designed by EQ Development Group Master Trainers and facilitated by an ICF-certified coach with more than 35 years of leadership experience. Using the EQ-i® model and participant’s EQ-i assessment Leadership Reports as a foundation, this workshop provides an understanding of emotional intelligence (EQ) and how emotional intelligence contributes to transformational leadership.
Through an active learning experience leveraging their own EQ-i assessments and a range of individual and group activities, participants learn how their emotions impact self-perception, self-expression (how they present themselves to others), interpersonal relationships, decision-making, and stress management.

They leave with a better understanding of how to capitalize on their strengths, fill strength gaps, captured in a personal action plan on how to integrate their understanding of EQ into a transformational leadership style.
The “toxic workplace” is affecting organizations in every sector and at every level. A December 2022 survey by Fortune magazine found “”64% of respondents have experienced a toxic work environment–and 44% blamed leadership. Not just their direct manager, but the entire leadership team.” A 2021 MIT studyfound “A toxic culture is 10.4 times more likely to contribute to attrition than compensation.”
To address the root causes of a toxic workplace, leadership and employees must directly confront the issue through difficult and uncomfortable conversations. In our experience, these conversations require an external coach with the training, experience, and personality to help your team navigate the minefield of discomfort in a constructive and non-threatening way.
Our proprietary Workplace DETOX program confronts the issue directly, based on science (psychology) and real-world experiences of recovering from, or preventing, toxic behaviors. Working with your team, we will quickly identify/name the behaviors, negative emotions, assumptions, and feelings holding them back. We then provide highly effective communication tools and practices that will help your team recognize and squash toxic behaviors before they become destructive. We strengthen those defenses with guided exercises to build feelings of trust and belonging among your team. Finally, we work with your teammates to create individualized action plans that will optimize their efforts to build and sustain a healthy work environment. The team members who are willing to grow will develop better working relationships and skills to not only address, but to identify and head off, toxic behaviors.
